Where Cooperation Became an Experience

Co-operative Expo 2025 brought together the diverse strengths of Kerala's cooperative sector on a single platform. With 70,000 sq. ft. of air-conditioned exhibition space, 260+ stalls and 400+ cooperative products, the Expo created a comprehensive showcase of cooperative enterprises, products, services and innovations. Alongside the exhibition, the Expo featured seminars, product launches, international delegates and cultural programmes, making it a vibrant platform for business, knowledge exchange and public engagement.

As the Event Partner, Git ZEST was entrusted with the comprehensive execution of the Expo. Our role extended across the entire event ecosystem—from venue development and exhibition infrastructure to branding, printing, documentation and on-ground operations. Bringing Every Communication Touchpoint to Life The Expo's communication extended far beyond the exhibition space. Git ZEST handled the end-to-end printing and production requirements of the event, ensuring consistency across the numerous physical communication materials used throughout the Expo. From event branding and signage to banners, backdrops, stall graphics, directional materials, programme-related prints and other on-ground communication assets, our team managed the production process from artwork coordination to final execution. Every printed element was designed to work as part of one unified visual identity, helping visitors navigate and experience the Expo seamlessly.

Git ZEST supported the technical and production requirements across these experiences, including stage infrastructure, sound, AV systems, digital displays and related technical coordination. Our focus was to ensure that every programme had the technical support required to run smoothly and professionally.

Co-operative Expo 2025 was a large-scale event with multiple programmes, exhibitors, seminars, launches and cultural activities. Our responsibilities included all event-related printing and production requirements, photography, videography and audio recording across the Expo. Through coordinated print production, photography, video documentation and audio recording, we ensured that the story of Co-operative Expo 2025 was not only experienced live but also preserved for communication, archival and future reference.
